Refund & Return Policy
1. Our Commitment At 99 Labwares, we stand behind the quality of the scientific equipment we supply. We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase.
2. 30-Day Return Window We accept returns for eligible items within 15 days from the date of delivery.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, undamaged, and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging, including all manuals, accessories, and calibration certificates, where applicable.

Proof of Purchase: A receipt or proof of purchase (your order confirmation email) is required for all returns.
3. Non-Returnable Items (Crucial for Labware) Due to the sensitive nature of scientific equipment, the following items are exempt from our standard return policy:

Custom or Made-to-Order Equipment/Regents.

Consumable items once opened (e.g., reagents, chemicals, prepared slides, filter papers etc.).

Sterile/Sealed Products once the seal has been broken (e.g., petri dishes, pipette tips).

Items damaged due to misuse or improper handling after delivery.
4. How to Initiate a Return

Contact Us First: Email our support team at support@99labwares.com within the 15-day window. Please include your Order Number and the reason for the return.

Receive Authorization: We will review your request and, if approved, send you a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and instructions on where to send the package.

Ship the Item: Items sent back to us without first requesting an RMA will not be accepted. The item must be securely packaged to prevent damage during transit.
5. Return Shipping Costs (The Google Check)

Defective or Incorrect Items: If the return is a result of our error (you received a defective product, an incorrect item, or the item was damaged in transit), 99 Labwares will cover the return shipping costs. We will provide you with a prepaid shipping label.

Customer Remorse/Change of Mind: If you are returning an item due to a change of mind, ordering the wrong size, or any reason not caused by 99 Labwares, the customer is responsible for paying the return shipping costs.
6. Refunds Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email notification regarding the approval or rejection of your refund.

If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment (e.g., credit card, bank account) within 7 to 10 business days.

Note: Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.
7. Exchanges We only replace items if they are defective or damaged (due to our internal handling before shipment). If you need to exchange an item for the same product, please email us at support@99labwares.com.
