Cancellation, Refund, and Return Policy
1. Cancellation Policy
1.1 Cancellation Time Frame
- Customers may request to cancel their order within 24 hours of order placement. Cancellation requests submitted after this window will not be accepted.
1.2 Conditions & Restrictions

Cancellations are subject to approval and are not allowed if the order has already been processed or shipped.

Customized or personalized products are strictly non-cancellable.
1.3 Cancellation Fees

For approved cancellations made within the 24-hour window, a 10% cancellation fee will be deducted from the refund amount.

For cancellations due to incomplete KYC verification (required for regulated products such as acids, chloroform, etc.), a 15% cancellation fee will apply.

Orders placed for corrosive chemicals (e.g., acids for toilet or metal cleaning at home) or chloroform for medicinal/personal use will be automatically cancelled, and a 15% deduction will be applied before processing the refund.
1.4 Refund Timeline
- Refunds for approved cancellations will be processed within 3–7 working days from the date of approval.
2. Refund Policy
2.1 General Policy
Refunds are applicable depending on the specific circumstances. For instance, in cases of incorrect item delivery (refer to Section 4.2), or when items are received damaged or broken, customers are eligible for a refund or replacement as appropriate.
2.2 Eligibility for Replacement
To be eligible for a replacement, customers must:

Provide video evidence clearly showing the unboxing process and the damage sustained during shipping.
2.3 Non-Replaceable Products
All products are considered non-replaceable unless damage is proven to have occurred during transit.
3. Partial Refunds
3.1 Policy on Partial Refunds
Partial refunds may be issued under specific circumstances. For example, if only a portion of the order can be fulfilled, or if the customer requests to receive a partial order, a corresponding partial refund will be processed accordingly.
4. Return of Physical Goods
4.1 General Returns
Returns are not accepted for any reason except for damaged items, which qualify only for replacement or refund as per the guidelines outlined above.
4.2 Wrong Item Delivered
If a customer receives an incorrect product, they may request a free return and a full refund within 7 days of delivery. All return shipping charges in such cases will be covered by us.
The item must be unused, returned in its original and proper packaging, and in resalable condition. If the returned item is found to be used or does not match the original product sent, no refund will be issued. Returns are subject to inspection and verification upon receipt.
The full refund will be processed after the returned item is received, which may take 7 to 15 business days.
4.3 Customer Satisfaction Returns
If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return the item within 3 days of delivery for a full refund. The item must be in its original, unused, and resalable condition, including all original packaging. In such cases, customers are responsible for return shipping costs.
Returned items are subject to inspection and verification upon receipt. If the item is found to be used or does not match the original product sent, no refund will be issued.
If the item is damaged during return transit due to improper packaging or handling, the cost of the damage will be deducted from the refund amount.
All products are eligible for return except sensitive chemicals, which are non-returnable due to safety and regulatory reasons.
5. Refund Process
5.1 Method of Refund
In eligible cases (e.g., cancellation under approved conditions or incorrect item delivery), the amount will be refunded to the original payment method following the applicable deductions and timelines.
6. Exceptions
6.1 Dispatch Delays
If the product is not dispatched within 10 days from the date of order confirmation, customers are eligible to request cancellation and will receive a full refund without any deduction.
